1) Secure payment VIA PayPal. (Visa/Mastercard) Linda is a Verified Premier Member, so your purchase is guaranteed. See http://www.paypal.com for details. You can click on any button next to an item to make your purchase by PayPal.
2) Mail in Order Form: Print out the mail-in order form. Fill in all necessary information. Personal Checks and Money Orders accepted. Orders are shipped immediately after checks clear. Click here to access printable order form.
3) Wholesale Information: Send an email to greendragonempire@yahoo.com with your company name, contact name, address and phone number and a wholesale package will be sent to you. Qualified Resellers Only Please!
Purchasing wholesale Information
New wholesale - customers, please complete ONE of the following:
1] - Please e-mail G,D,E, at greendragonempire@yahoo.com , when you have your order completed and we will set up an account for you at that time.
2] - Send in, with your first order, your company information, name, address, phone #, a copy of your business Resale License Number (Tax ID # ), and method of payment. We only except Visa / Mastercard / Check / PayPal . With a credit /debit card payment, we require the card number / the 4 digit expiration date / the security code (on back of card).

Payment terms are based on approval of credit. Some payment options are only available to businesses with a strong or longstanding credit history.
You are required to have a Tax ID number for wholesale to retail commerce.
Price List:
Prices are available when you sign up to become a member. This is a free service, that keeps you updated on sales, specials, and all important promotional discounts provided by Green Dragon Empire, LLC.. Most wholesale prices are half the cost on Linda's retail website, plus your first order will include some new exciting surprises.
Shipping / Handling Info:
Prices vary depending on your location and the weight of your wholesale order. Green Dragon Empire / Linda Biggs ships all US orders via standard ground USPS or UPS. Total includes shipping and handling fees. Cost is standard shipping by weight.
Return Policy:
All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any damages or missing items in the order must be reported within 2 business days from receiving the order. Any unauthorized returns will be charged the 25% restocking fee. All print sales are final; there will be no exchanges or returns on artists prints.
