Silent Prison
Silent Prison- This new painting is from the heart. This painting represents a personal battle Linda has experienced this past year. It represents vanity with a skin disease and the pain & frustration of the unknown. However, thru lots of time in the studio she has begun to heal. Fortunately thru Linda’s wellness, she sees a bright future out there after having this open her eyes, mind and body.
Linda held a naming contest thru her myspace site (http://www.myspace.com/lindabiggs). This opportunity was for anyone who wished to participate, and come up with a name that represents this new painting. The winner received a hand signed print. The contestants saw the painting as it progressed. She received over 450 name choices Silent Prison, from “Shannon” was selected, it most represents what Linda was experiencing. However the other name favorite submitted was “Nature’s Silence “from Kimberly. “Kimberly, thank you for all your entries you are an awesome writer”.
